WELCOME TO ST. JOHN'S UCC OF ORWIGSBURG

As a Christ centered congregation we strive to reach out with unconditional love and selflessness using our God given gifts to provide a nurturing shelter for those seeking a Christian home. We provide opportunities for spiritual growth through worship, education, fellowship, prayer and Christian action throughout our community and the world.

JULY 4th - Holy Communion.

JULY 18th - The service will be led by Harry Moore.

JULY 25th - The Church Family picnic will immediately follow the worship service. Lunch will be served at Albright's Woods. Bring a covered dish to share. Hot dogs, hamburgers, rolls, paper products, drinks will be provided. All are welcome.

Each Week

The worship service begins at 10 AM, led by Rev. Barbara Kershner. (Sunday School classes are not held during the summer.)

Holy Communion is celebrated the first Sunday of each month.

Coffee hour is held immediately after the service for refreshments and informal visiting with members and visitors. Nursery care is available and the church is handicap accessible.

We are located at 232 East Market Street in Orwigsburg PA.
From the North, exit Route 61 onto Route 443 East at Renningers Market. Follow Rt. 443 into Orwigsburg past the town square. Our church is 1 block ahead on the right.
From the south, exit Route 61 onto Brick Hill Road at the Red Church. Follow Brick Hill Road 1 mile to Orwigsburg. Continue past the blinking light. The church is 2 blocks ahead on the left. Parking is available in back of the church and across the street.
